No wonder Scarlett is an independent woman today and leads a luxurious life.
But how does she spend her money?
Scarlett Johansson, who is an American actress,
has expensive tastes and the income that she got enables her to purchase anything that she wants.
It is not surprising that she has amassed a substantial property portfolio over the years,
given that she is now amongst the highest-paid actresses in the world.
Not only that, she is also famous for being featured multiple times on the Forbes Celebrity
100 list. Scarlett is reported to have a net worth of $165 million.
If you want to know how Scarlett amassed her fortune, then click on the i section
and the link is also given in the description box.
It is estimated that Scarlett Johansson's real estate portfolio alone is worth around $20 million.
Scarlett is the proud owner of three homes,
which are full of charm and beauty just like her. Let's look at them.
Ivy House
Scarlett reportedly earned $56 million for her role as Black Widow in the MCU.
And in 2018, she used some of that money to purchase a 4,000-square-feet mansion
at 40 Washington Spring Road that sits on 0.79 acres of land,
which is frequently referred to as a paradise for celebrities because of its close proximity
to New York City and wooded regions with plenty of seclusions.
The property overlooks the Hudson River and offers breathtaking views from all sides and
I think it would be perfect on a rainy or stormy day.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house even has a pool and a cabana house next door.
All of the bedrooms have balconies with Hudson River views.
So, just picture waking up to the natural light and stunning vistas.
I don't know about you guys, but that has got to be my favorite thing at Scarlett's home so far.
This residence of Scarlett and Colin has a tennis court, a swimming pool and a luxurious pool house.
The home exudes beauty and coziness,
thanks to its wonderful elements including a gorgeous fireplace and French doors.
2. Private Paradise in Amagansett Dunes
Scarlett's most extravagant holiday-based purchase was her $2.2 million
beach house in Amagansett Dunes, New York.
The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house boasts fine wood floors,
two fireplaces made of stucco and a sunbathing pool area.
Every bedroom has a private balcony which everyone dreams of.
This 1999-built beach house in the Hamptons is close to the Napeaks State Park and has
direct access to the ocean. I think it's a perfect place for vacations along with perfect scenery.
3. Los Angeles Mansion
It's clear that she is not afraid to spend her cash.
In 2014, she added to her remarkable portfolio of real estate assets a $3.88 million mansion
in Los Feliz, which she purchased with her ex-husband, Romain Doriac.
It is a 3,500-square-foot home with a magnificent two-story residence,
located in a secluded cul-de-sac on almost an acre of land.
It has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half-baths, first constructed in the 1940s,
a carved marble mantel, the private balcony from the master suite with views of the Hollywood sign
and an eight-person spa outside near the pool are a few of my favorite aspects in the Scarlett
Mansion. 4. Other Properties
Over the years, the actress has had a number of opulent residences.
Take, for instance, the stunning penthouse condo she purchased for $2.1 million in 2008
at 411 East 53rd Street. The house is centrally located between the Turtle Bay and Sutton Place
areas of midtown Manhattan. Currently, Scarlett Johansson is trying to sell the house.
According to what we've found, the current listing price is $2.3 million,
down from the original listed price of $2.5 million.
The penthouse can also be rented out for $6,500 a month.
Her Spanish villa in LA, which she bought back in 2007 for $7 million,
is among her other famous acquisitions.
After three years, the home with four bedrooms and five bathrooms was sold for $4 million in 2010.
Johansson and her ex-husband Ryan Reynolds also paid $2.9 million for a post and beamhouse in
Los Feliz, which was built by Buff and Hensman. After the couple divorced,
the mansion was sold in 2012 for $3.5 million. In 2013, Johansson independently sold a unit at
the Hollywood Versailles Tower for $470,000.
