Simple Holiday Spiced Milk - My Vegan Twist on Eggnog & Pumpkin Spice

Recipe:

2 cups almonds, soaked for 6-8 hours
1/4 cup rolled oats, soaked in the refrigerator for no more than 2 hours
1 tsp vanilla bean powder, or 2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
6-8, pitted medjool dates (soaked with the almonds) adjust to your taste
4 cups fresh water
Instructions:

Drain the almonds, dates, and oats. Add them to the juicer hopper and turn on the juicer. Slowly feed the water into the hopper. Enjoy over ice or warmed!

*This can be done in a blender by blending and straining the pulp.
