Steamed Veggie Rice Paper Rolls
Ingredients:
3 dried soybean curd, rehydrated
20g dried wood ear mushrooms, rehydrated
50g firm tofu
3 cloves garlic
20g spring onions
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
salt and pepper
8-10 rice paper wrappers
Sauce:
6 tbsp water
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp vegan fish sauce
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
