Pies are quick to make! No need to wait for the dough to rise.
You can fry the pies or bake them in the oven! And the next day they are soft and delicious. This is one of my favorite pie dough recipes. By the way, you can make any pastry from this dough. The result is always excellent.
Pies without dairy products and eggs, and they turn out very tender, all thanks to boiling water!
🥧We will need the following products:🥧
Pie dough:
~Flour - 700 gr.
~Salt - 1 tsp. without a slide.
~Sugar - 1 tbsp. without a slide.
~Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
~Boiling water (water that has just boiled) -
250 ml.
In a bowl, pour 3 tablespoons of flour, salt, sugar and 250 ml. of freshly boiled water and vegetable oil. Mix everything until smooth and let the mixture cool. Then do everything as in the video.
~Warm water - 250 ml.
~Dry instant yeast - 10 g.
• Filling for cabbage pies:🥬
White cabbage - 500 g.
Carrots - 200 g.
Onions - 150 g.
Pepper, salt - to taste.
Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.
