Morumbi House is a 283-square-meter residence in São Paulo designed by Terra e Tuma Arquitetos Associados, thoughtfully shaped around the natural slope of its site to reduce excavation, enhance structural efficiency, and improve environmental comfort. The home organizes its social spaces on the upper level, opening generously to light, ventilation, and surrounding greenery, while the lower floor accommodates bedrooms and work areas that remain naturally lit and connected to the landscape. With a strong integration of architecture and lush vegetation, the project achieves a calm, efficient, and harmonious living environment rooted in simplicity, context, and a seamless dialogue between interior and exterior spaces.
