✅Sponge cake:
Flour – 200 g.
Cocoa – 40 g.
Baking soda – 1 tsp.
Baking powder – 1 tsp.

Sugar – 220 g.

Beat the mixture until frothy (approx. 5-7 minutes).
Sift half of the dry ingredients and stir them in.
Vegetable oil – 50 g.
Milk – 150 g.

Boiling water – 200 ml.

Pour in half of the chocolate mousse.
Cover with the second cake layer.
Pour in the remaining mousse.
Refrigerate for 4-5 hours (until completely firm).

✅Chocolate ganache:
Dark chocolate – 100 g.
Hot cream (33–36%) – 100 g.
Stir until smooth.
Spread it over the cake.

✅For decoration:
Ferrero Rocher chocolates (6 pieces).
Rosemary sprigs.
Hazelnuts.

Store in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
