President Donald Trump and members of his cabinet announced $12 billion in aid to help farmers affected by the ongoing trade war with China. Until a recent meeting between Trump and Chinese leader Xi Jinping, buyers in China had completely stopped buying American soy beans, leaving American farmers in a fix.
