How do you crack a chocolate orange?
That is the... There you go.
And it worked. Oh, my God, it worked!
The ring. Not doing that. Nope. Nope, nope, nope.
I watched it and I was technically legally allowed to watch it
and I still hate it.
But then my girlfriends would do a really nasty trick
and we'd leave the taps on slightly.
What about when she comes out of the screen?
What about if I just started going like that?
You do know this?
Yeah, I do.
Malteser. Well done.
Good choice. So true, bestie.
Oh, Paddington!
And you have a history with Paddington.
He, like, hit me up.
I'm sorry? He actually did.
Not joking, right? What do you mean?
I was there on Twitter that day. Yeah. What do you mean?
Paddington slid into my DMs.
OK. What did he say? He wanted to go on a date with me.
I'm upset. I'm happy for you, but I'm also really upset.
He wanted to go on a date with me because I was making marmalade
and he reached out to me and was like,
I want to make marmalade with you.
Full of envy. Full of envy.
And that's wicked.
And f*** off. That's annoying.
It should have been me!
Cos I would have gone!
I would have been with him. I said, yeah, let's do it.
And then you never followed up? No, we haven't found a time.
Yeah, they did try and find other things,
but we haven't found a time.
He's in Peru right now, I think. We'll make it work.
F***, I'm over it.
Don't care for him anymore.
Honestly, I've just been dying to hang with him
and I just haven't had a peep, so whatever.
Are you OK? Are you done here? I feel like you're done.
No, this is the video. We have to have this.
This is set now. Yeah, it is set.
How do you guys take your martinis?
Or is there a specialty drink that you guys love to make?
I actually do like martinis.
That is actually the drink that I had with Christopher Nellum.
Yeah, I had a martini. Very apt. I know.
I have it with a twist, no vermouth, and extra cold.
Love that.
Oh, I'm less sophisticated. I'm more like a dirty old pint of Guinness.
Not dirty, though. You want the smooth top.
It's just a figure of speech. Right.
The lipstick rimmed round the glass.
Funniest memory was at the end of the film,
there's this big Christmas dinner and we knew that our mics weren't on.
It was just supposed to be like a lovely,
oh, and look, aren't they happy?
And Bob Odenkirk obviously is playing Father and he's back from war
and everybody's gazing at him because we're all in love with him.
And he basically just let rip on some of the funniest, dirtiest things
and no one could hear what he was saying and we're all in hysterics.
He's shaking. He can't eat his food because he loves it so much.
Well, that's in the movie in that bit because I'm trying to take a bite of something
and I'm keeling over in laughter.
It really shouldn't have,
but Calendar Girls really wanted to make me want to be a baker.
But clearly for the wrong reasons because it's not about that at all.
I just clearly was hungry when I watched it.
I was like, oh, cake.
I thought you were going to go a different way then.
No.
What, posing on calendars?
Yeah, that too.
I don't know if you know this.
I don't even know if I know this, actually.
But give it a go.
Tim, do one about the...
No, that's not a rom-com.
I don't know.
I have said a few.
Oh, oh, oh.
Sleepless in Seattle.
That's a good one. I do love Sleepless in Seattle, yeah.
So true.
Bridget Jones, when I was younger,
I remember coming in to watch.
My mum was watching it as well.
And when she fell off the bike,
I could not stop dying with laughter and I don't know why.
And then it's followed up with her eating the really off cheese
and then the blue soup.
That used to be, like, my comfort film when I was younger.
Oh, God, I'd better get this one right.
She won't.
I will.
It just happened recently.
It's in August.
And it is the...
27th?
Close-ish.
26th?
No.
28th?
No.
17th?
No.
20th?
20th, yeah.
Sorry, I should have...
It's all right.
I also reached out...
I'm bad with birthdays too.
Sorry.
I actually don't know your birthday.
Do you know what star sign that makes it?
I just said it two seconds ago.
I'm really bad with birthdays.
OK, never mind.
What star sign is he?
He's a Cancer.
Are you Cancer?
No?
What is he then?
Cancer is quite soon, isn't it?
Oh, you're a Leo!
Why did you laugh at that?
Ooh, Matilda, the whole pancake scene.
And then, slightly more grown-up,
the scene where Kristen Wiig in Bridesmaids
cooks herself her own single cupcake,
which I thought was probably the most talented thing
I'd ever seen.
Making one single cupcake.
The measurements.
You'd have to be so on it.
I thought that was genius.
Are you joking?
The fear of God through me.
Are you joking?
Give me a second.
Birthdays?
Like, you look into my eyes every day.
They're brown.
No, they're not.
They're like hazel.
Absolute poo.
They're hazel green.
They're green.
So that's three colours you entered.
They are hazily green.
They're hazily green.
They are 100% green.
They are hazily green.
They're not brown, they're green.
No, no, brown was a f*** up.
They are hazily green.
You then said hazel.
Hazily green.
Green.
They're very, like, hazily green.
Listen.
Oh, I did have more green and a little bit of brown.
No, that's true.
Listen, I completely got that wrong.
And in my defence, when I'm looking in your eyes,
I'm seeing your soul.
I'm not concerned with colour.
Shut up.
No, I mean, I'm sorry, but that's just the truth.
If you can't handle it, no, not true, bestie.
Okay.
No, no, not true, bestie.
I've come in here, I've set fire.
You've ruined a friendship.
Like, we only had, like, another 17 hours to do.
Similarly, however, I didn't really know what was going on
or what it was that was being made,
except I knew that Chris really, really wanted me to know
that it wasn't a very big role
and he understands if I don't want to come near it.
And I was like, it doesn't matter.
Even if I'm a coffee maker at a cafe in the back of the room,
let's do it.
Yeah.
But, no, it was obvious.
And we met for a drink in New York at the time
and I was currently shooting A Good Person
and it was at the end of a shooting day
and I remember he was actually doing a scout the next day.
And it's one of those bizarre moments in your career
where you're like, I'm meeting Chris at the end of my shooting day.
Oh, my God.
And I remember he apologised by the size of the role.
I was like, please don't apologise.
Please.
And then he said, we'll send you the script
and, honestly, you just read it
and you decide if it's, like,
I completely understand the sizing thing.
And I remember, like, even when I got the script,
being like, I don't need to, like, I know I'm going to do it.
So, yeah, it was huge.
Have you ever tried taking off thigh highs?
It doesn't happen.
See, people see you wearing the thigh highs.
They don't see putting them on
and they don't see taking them off.
They just see you wearing them.
But I shall tell you this.
Taking them off is quite a sport.
You need someone else to just yank you.
I've been drinking all night
because I didn't think I was going to win.
When you think you're going to perform,
you don't open the champagne so early
and I didn't think I was going to perform
and so now I'm giggly and warm and happy.
I've got a frigging crystal in my hand.
Do you think I could whack you with it?
There's going to be a distance.
This is a very threatening interview to start.
I know.
And it's because it's just so, like, sharp and glisteny.
You are wielding it quite.
I could, like, I could ting ting with you it.
How do I take my tea?
With milk?
Keep the tea bag in?
