Discover the Arkular Agricultural Lakehouse, a thoughtfully designed modular retreat that blends sustainability, functionality, and a deep connection to nature. Inspired by its wild Australian surroundings, this dogtrot-style home features a central breezeway, two separate living zones, and expansive decking overlooking a tranquil lake.

Built with Colorbond steel cladding, FSC-certified timber, double glazing, passive design principles, and low-VOC materials, the home is engineered for comfort, durability, and low maintenance. Inside, Japanese design principles minimise waste, with flexible spaces including a multi-use guest room, sliding partitions, and a breezeway that transforms for entertaining.

Biophilic design, careful orientation, and natural textures create a calm, restorative environment. Guests can enjoy Nordic hot–cold therapy, unwind in the sauna, or plunge into the dam from a timber diving board.

Outside, Eckersley Garden Architecture and Cheeky Nature Landscapes shaped a regenerative landscape with a private beach, floating pontoons, native bush gardens, and natural water systems—supporting soil health, biodiversity, and sustainable land management.
