I’ll make 3 versions, from the oldest to the modern, starting with an 1850’s G&T with Old Tom Gin and Tonic Syrup. We’ll then move onto the Spanish Gin and Tonic, pairing gin and Fever Tree tonic with botanicals for a more complex experience. Finally, I’ll show you how to make an elegant G&T with KiNoBi japanese gin and Three Cents Tonic to create an elegant and minimalist drink.
