And it's our duty to tell you if there's something up with some of them. So we're going to dive into WellHello and tell you the total truth about this site. So back to WellHello, I've actually separated this review into five key sections full of information that you have to know before deciding to sign up for this site. So we're going to be talking about the user demographics of WellHello, the ease of use, the prices, the key features, and the success rates. Now let's get started with the user demographics of WellHello. So just to start out, when you type in WellHello app review into Google, you will immediately see a lot of results talking about how this site is a scam. Even so, this site has a ton of active users using this every single month. The site has more than 6 million users, mostly from English-speaking countries like the US and the UK. WellHello reports to have about 56% of females on the site and 44% of males. What's interesting to note though here is that it's suspected that a lot of these females are actually bots. For this type of website, it is a little bit unusual that there are more females than men because usually men actually dominate most of the dating apps and sites out there. So it's highly suspected that a lot of the women you're looking at are not actually women, they're robots or scammers or catfishes. A lot of members have reported such activities, so we really feel a need to point that out. In my own user experience personally, when I'm using this site and I typed in to only be shown men, the site still just showed me women. What's more is the site automatically assumes that you're looking for women, which is definitely a big red flag. Interestingly, you can actually join this site as a couple, which maybe couples would enjoy this site if it wasn't so scammy. So basically, this site seems to have a ton of female users, though they seem to be mostly fake. And however, the male users do seem to be mostly real. This actually leads me to believe that the gender distribution on the site is actually 44% male, 2% female, and 54% bots. Because I'm not a bot, you should definitely like this video and hit subscribe. When you like and thumbs up our videos here online for love, it really helps us out because it shows YouTube that people are enjoying our content. So then it pushes out our videos for more people to see. So we'd really appreciate your thumbs up and subscriptions. Now let's talk about the ease of use of Wellhello. Unsurprisingly, Wellhello actually has a very simple and quick signup process. You'll first be presented with questions having to do with your basic information like your gender, sexuality, etc, your name, age, things like that. And if you're a couple, this is where you can put in that information that you are a couple. You need to be over 18 to use the site and you will need to put in your zip code so that you can be shown people around your area, supposedly. After this, you can upload some photos as well as your profile photo. And you can start to enter in your description. You can talk about yourself, your likes, and you can even detail your body type. Interestingly, you can choose to fill out all this information if you would like, but you'd actually don't have to. You can have a pretty blank profile if you would rather it be that way. Although we here online for love definitely recommend that you go ahead and fill out your profile pretty nicely to attract better matches. Since we're on the topic of this, there are some really easy tells to see if someone on the site is a bot or fake. So a lot of the time their profile pictures or just their photos in general will be sort of blurry or low quality or maybe too high quality. Like it's clearly ripped from like a magazine website or something. And then also you can tell if they're fake by looking at their interests because the fake profiles, especially the fake women profiles tend to be all geared toward sexual things. And this is pretty much a great tell that this is some sort of bot that wants you to click some link that's going to give you a virus or something. The signup process is free, but they do have memberships where you'll be able to message people after signing up for those. Honestly, the interface is pretty user-friendly. There's not a lot of sections. It's pretty simple. You can search for members by going to the search bar and setting up your preferences of location, sex, age, things like that. Once a member sends you a message, you will be able to view it in chat back under that icon, but that's only if you do have a membership. There's also a gallery sections where you can see people's private photos and choose to like them if you do. And then there's the favorite sections where you can see the members you've sent flirts to and who has sent flirts to you. So I've touched on the memberships that WellHello offers. Now let's get down into the pricing of WellHello. How much do these memberships actually cost? You can actually get a 24 hour membership trial for only a dollar. If you do choose to participate in that 24 hour trial for only one dollar, you'll be able to view all photos and profiles and chat with other members. As far as the real subscription services, there are two you can choose from. There is a one month subscription plan, which costs almost $25. It's $24.95 for one month. When you do choose to have that plan, what you get with it is the ability to view all profiles and photos. You can chat with any members. You can send free flirts and you can access private content. The other subscription type is a one year subscription, which costs $7.45 per month or $89.40 overall. This subscription type gives you everything that the one month offers, as well as the ability to see who's viewed your profile and you can video chat with any member. It's hard to say that these subscriptions are completely worth it, especially, you know, owing to the fact that neither subscription option will get rid of ads for you and neither of them offer more advanced search filters. What they also won't tell you either is for the $1 membership, they'll actually charge your card $42.48 for a recurring subscription fee. They then note that if you do cancel, you'll be charged an additional $2. Due to this, it's pretty obvious that this site is extremely scammy and it's just sort of trying to milk money out of its users without giving a lot in return. So you're not really getting anything back from your investment. There are a lot of great apps out there, though, that are a really good return investment. So if you are considering signing up for any dating app, you should always check out our deals page. Now let's talk about the key features of WellHello. Surprisingly, WellHello does have a solid amount of features, but they're only for premium members, so don't get too excited. But let's go over them. So they offer a filter feature, but it is pretty outdated, especially compared to all the other big popular dating apps out there. On a lot of other dating sites that offer this feature, you can search for really specific things like even down to hair color, body type, height, things like that. WellHello, on the other hand, doesn't have any of that. You can only search for gender, age, and location, and that's it. You don't even have the option to obtain more search and filter features when you become a member. So, you know, you can set up your profile by writing a description that outlines who you are and what you're looking for, but you can't search for people based on that. So another feature that this app offers is private galleries. So if someone invites you to view their private gallery, you can go ahead and see their secret photos that are hidden from other people on the app, and you can choose to like them if you want. The thing is, though, this whole thing is really showing off the scammy aspect to WellHello because a lot of these galleries are not actual real people's pictures. They're set up by the website with enticing photos that you can barely see. So you might even be willing to give money to see them, but they're just bots. It's not real people. One of the clearest scammy aspects of WellHello is their surveys feature, which basically offers some money off some surveys and these promises that are not fulfilled. It just redirects you to a porn site where they're going to ask for your credit card information. So it's straight up a scam. Another feature that WellHello offers is a video chat, which you'll be able to use if you have a high enough membership, and only other people who have memberships are able to video chat with you as well. This seems to be actually one of the better features of the site, seeing as many other dating apps don't even have a video chat feature. So it might be hard to find someone else who has a level of membership as you who's willing to video chat with you, but if you do, this could be actually a really good way to find out if they're a real person or a bot. So this is actually a pretty solid feature of theirs. And the last feature WellHello is the ability to send and receive flirts, which is basically the equivalent of superliking on Tinder if you are familiar with Tinder. So it basically is a way to show your interest to somebody else and you can view who's given you flirts and who you have flirted with. Overall, WellHello seems to have good features, but they're really just a way for you to spend money to get not much in return. Now let's talk about the success rates of WellHello. So I think it's pretty clear that this is a scam site. You're not going to have success most likely because most of the people on there are either bots or just men trying to look for women, even though the women are not real, they're bots. There's so many fake accounts, there's redirections to different sites, there's all sorts of ways that they're trying to get your credit card information and take your money. This is just not a good site to use. So as far as success goes, if you're looking to have your credit card information stolen, then this is a really great successful site.
