This new 45 Minute Full Body intermediate Workout combines elements of strength training and pilates to bring you a powerful flow that will challenge your strength, endurance and coordination.

This workout focuses on movements that build endurance and strength. Please modify as needed and don’t push through physical pain during exercise.
