Couple goals: Amal, George Clooney share what they love about each other

For Hollywood actor and humanitarian activist George Clooney, his wife, international human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, “makes every room a little smarter and a little better.” To George, Amal says, “I’ve learned what courage looks like when I watch you.”

The couple headlined Rappler’s Social Good Summit on November 16, 2025, where they spoke of their work at the Clooney Foundation for Justice, bringing their legal aid project to the Philippines… and George being named “Sexiest Man Alive.”
