200 Horsepower 2025 Suzuki Hayabusa!

What's up guys, welcome back to the channel. For those of you who don't know, my name is Chris Moore, and in today's video, we got our giveaway bike, the 2025 Hayabusa. She's looking perfect, boys, but we gotta do a little something extra to it today. In this video, we're gonna be putting some cams in this thing. Now, the Gen 3 Hayabusa has got smaller cams, which gives it more torque, but it gives it less top-end horsepower. So the dyno graph kind of goes up, and then it rolls back over pretty hard. Well, we're gonna get rid of that today. We got some Brock's Performance Super Stock cams for this thing that's gonna make the horsepower go up, and then kind of keep going straight slash flat, instead of rolling over like they do from the factory. This thing is going to be perfectly outfitted at that point for the perfect everyday street bike. So it's got a four-inch extended swing arm. It's got the lightweight Core Moto wheels. It's got the Brock's Performance Exhaust System. It already sounds killer. Let's fire it up so you can hear what it sounds like. It sounds perfect, but we gotta get some more power out of this thing so we can get it dialed in perfectly for one of you guys, because somebody is gonna go to moremafia.com, pick themselves up a T-shirt, sticker, key chain, hat, anything like that. We got a couple battle scars, but anyways, this thing is gonna be going back together. As you can see, we have got motorcycle parts everywhere, or specifically, I do, because I got way too much stuff going on right now. So that is the pile of Hyperbusa parts. That's parts for Skidmark. I got stuff literally going on everywhere. Long John Silver, it's going back together. Melania, we got the motor back for it. It's going back together soon. We got a lot of parts, a lot of pieces to the puzzle, but just none of the puzzles are put back together. I've also got my other 2025 Hyperbusa that I have done for a track bike. It's coming along nicely. Really, all you gotta do is put the fairings back on it, put the chain on it. It's almost finished, but I just been super busy. No time to do anything for myself. Been steady working, working, working, trying to get all you guys' orders out and everything taken care of, but the Busa project is coming along nicely. We're ready to run this puppy and see what kind of power it will make. Now, remember, we got Sprint air filter. We got BT Moto stacks. We got Brock's pentacarbon exhaust. We got the Brock Superstock cams. We got worldwide ceramic wheel bearings, which are gonna free up horsepower, make the wheel spin a lot easier. We got a DID 520 super lightweight chain. And then of course, the lightweight Coromodo wheels. This thing should make a little more horsepower than our normal, I guess you would say, exhausting cam build. But, well, I ain't even gonna say but, but look at what we got to deal with, boys. 95 degrees, 44% humidity. Welcome to the middle of June in South Cackalack. Let's fire this puppy up and see what we got. Woo wee, she sounds good. Now, I have already flashed the ECU for the cams, so we should be a really close starting point. Let's run it and see what it's all about. Here we go, boys, we're ready to rock and roll. The flash is in, the tune should be pretty close. Let's run it and see what we got. Here we take it off. Super nice numbers in the crazy heat. Air-fuel ratio is pretty close to dead on the money. We'll tweak it, we'll make it perfect. But look at that power curve, guys, 191 horsepower. This is what a Gen 3 Hayabusa power is supposed to look like. Now, from the factory, they go up, and then they go back down. So with the Brock's Performance camshafts, your peak number, yeah, okay, it's four or five horsepower higher, but at, let's just say, 10.5, where the other power curve went back down here, you're gaining like 20 horsepower at 10.5 and 11,000 RPMs. We're gonna see if we can find a few more horsepower. Let me dial this thing on in some more. Yes, sir, baby, she is waking on up. 197, 15, 112 foot-pounds of torque. Look at our power curve, boys, and check this out. Let me flip back to this. 93 degrees, 45% humidity, and it looks like it's clouding up, like it's gonna rain outside, boys. This thing right here is a monster. Just imagine on a 50-something degree day, we're talking about well over 200 horsepower on pump gas with no problems. Ooh, and she got the sexy look. Ooh, man, this thing looks good. It came out so, so sick. I'm gonna see if I can tweak and find another one. Let me see what I can do. Boys, so I was just shooting a little reel in here with Shane, our parts guy. And Shane, how you like the pops and bangs? You're feeling it in your brain. I literally, I ain't gonna lie, guys, I got them. I was like, Shane, stand right here, put your headphones on, and get a video. Dude, like brain rattle. This thing turned out insane. Let's look at the final numbers. I did end up squeezing almost one more horsepower out of it. So it made 197, 95, 113.8 foot-pounds of torque overall. This thing is an absolute monster. Let me get it outside so you can see what it looks like in the, we don't really have sunshine, but let me get it outside so you can see this color. It changes all the time. This color is absolutely insane. I absolutely love it. Every way you see it, it looks just a little different. The gold wheels accent everything so nice. The Blackrock's exhaust, the mild stretch from DME swing arms overall. This Busa is killing it.
