Rollin' rollin' rollin' rollin' I'm taking my bike to the Philippines But I only have 24 hours to ride Join me to party, shred, and make new friends Can you say nice? That's the motto or the mission Of what I'm doing really Mark brought me to San Mateo Where I met members of the San Mateo Bikers Club Wondering how I got here Well, we took a car Driving in the Philippines is quite the experience It's chaotic and often pretty lawless It's hard to believe that a couple of years ago These streets were empty And bicycles were one of the only few efficient ways to get around And thus, bicycles became a popular choice of transportation The roads here are hazardous And honestly I'd personally feel more comfortable on a bike Than behind a steering wheel And so it's a good thing that Mark's a good driver Oh, there's our shuttle ride I'm getting shuttled Filipino style Full service, man If you can't tell Filipino hospitality is pretty next level First time, yeah, so I mean, yeah, it'll be fine I can figure it out Jesus Christ Hey boss, don't kill me I'd never been shuttled like this before And I definitely question my safety But they seem to know what they're doing Oh, what the f**k We made our way to the top of the Antenna Trail in Patias We hit dirt and things only got more sketchy I did my best to balance and hold on for dear life Mark arrived 10 minutes later Because his scooter ran out of gas Our shuttle boys dropped us off at the start of the trail And rode back down to meet us for our second lap We're basically at the trailhead here And there's a road gap Casual start to a trail here in the Philippines It's actually a decent size Maybe a little faster I think I'll come up there and give it a shot OK, drop it in He's getting in the zone Yeah, dude And just like that Yeah, yeah We were mountain biking in the Philippines So don't worry too much Somebody's interested in everything Anything you can be interested in You'll find out yourself It is absolutely stupid To spend your time doing things you don't like This is sick If you meet like locals They have like steel bikes or like hardtails That are not meant for aggressive riding But man, you should see them fly You should see them rip, shred the trails They're really good If you really love the sport You'll improve and learn whatever you have That's my goal to get them out there Get them noticed, get the sport noticed It was a short bike ride But I think a little inspiration goes a long way My quest here in the Philippines was coming to an end But first, I had to conduct some important research OK, first stop We're gonna have a drive-thru They have drive-thru in Canada But bikes are not allowed And he wants to experience it here in the Philippines That's Jervictor He's another YouTuber from the Philippines And he's joining my study Do we have to line up?
