Hello everyone! I'm Ryusei. Today, I shared the recipe of salmon bou sushi(サーモン棒寿司). This marinated salmon is rich and delicious and we can store it for 3 days in the fridge. Salmon 200 grams
Sugar 10 grams
Salt 25 grams
Rice vinegar 100 grams
Kombu
~Sushi rice~
Rice 200 grams
-Rinsed rice 254 grams
Water 230 grams(10% less than rinsed rice)
