What is that all about? What does it
mean to property professionals?
I'm
>> so glad I attended today. Thoroughly
enjoyed the lineup of speakers,
thoughtprovoking conversations. This is
where your role as real estate
professionals comes in because
ultimately you're not, as I said,
selling properties, you're selling
dreams
where technology and AI is going to have
a dramatic impact.
>> The South African market is very well
positioned. You've got a lot of players
who are very innovative. They're very
open to adopting technologies that can
fundamentally change the way they do
business.
Fundamentally, it's about saying what do
we believe the future looks like. How do
we anticipate and think about that
future and then work backwards today.
The first is that knowledge does not
equal understanding. So, we know the
world is changing spoke about that. We
know that AI is here, but how many of us
know how to use it? How many of us
understand the implications of what it
really is?
>> Fantastic event. We've had a wonderful
time. There's been excellent speakers,
such great content, and the networking
opportunities have been fabulous. I've
also particularly enjoyed all the effort
that's been put into the activations.
It's been a lot of fun.
>> The issue is that we do not look at
ourselves. Am I the right person for
this opportunity that I'm being asked to
do?
>> The the fact that it is a buyers market.
You It cost you more to build a house
today than to sell the house that you're
living in on average. That that tells
you there's a buyers market out there.
That's a good sign.
