Today I'm going to be giving you a peek inside my latest listing here in Trilogy at Vistancia and it's one of Arizona's premier 55 plus communities located in northwest Peoria and trust me you don't want to miss this one. When we picture retirement we imagine slowing down but here in Trilogy at Vistancia it's about staying active and connected. This home is just a short stroll from the Kiva Club where you can start your morning with pickleball or a round of golf and then you can grab lunch with friends or unwind by the pool. Everything you love about the Trilogy lifestyle is right at your doorstep which means more time doing what you love and less time driving to get there. Now let's talk about this home. This is the Secedo model and it's a single story sitting on almost a quarter of an acre. It's a three-bedroom two-bath which is hard to find in Trilogy. Everyone wants a three-bedroom. This home is 2129 square feet. It was built in 2008 by Shea Homes and then I know privacy is high on many of my buyers list and this one absolutely delivers. It was completely redone in the backyard in 2024 so you're going to want to stick around to see this backyard retreat but first let's head inside and take a look at this beautiful home offered at $720,000. Alright if we start out front I just wanted you to see all of the foliage out here. Really beautiful freshly painted garage door here. You've got your nice pavers as we walk up. Covered entryway here. Nice solid wood door. As you walk in you are welcomed by this nice wide entryway with these tall tray ceilings here. You've got room for your pots and pans but all of these cupboards here have those roller shelves which make it really nice. And then of course you're overlooking your great room. So you are still feeling nice and connected here even though you each have kind of a spot to be. You've got your great room, kitchen. You're entertaining and then you also have this room here. So lots of room. Very open concept flooring floor plan and if you wanted you could technically enclose this as well if you wanted to use this for some office space as well. All right moving into our garage you can see you have your overhead storage. You've got your built-in cabinets here. This does have a four-foot extension and you also have room for a golf cart over here. You've got that door out to your backyard here and then this goes into your primary bathroom. Lots of storage. Nice big shower here. Dual vanity that is split here and then you've got your walk-in closet and your bathroom. All right let's head out to our backyard. As you can see you've got this nice large covered patio with ceiling fans. Of course that goes to your primary bedroom. This entire backyard was redone in 2024. You've got this extended patio. You've got your travertine which stays nice and cool in the summer. Artificial turf as well. All right so not only do you have your patio but then it's also extended with this pergola all the way down and you also have a professional misting system out here and then over here we've got what I like to call a cocktail pool.
