Modern Dallas House Tour | Luxury Spacious Living & Sleek Finishes | 4 bed 3 bath!

Guys, this home stops traffic for a reason. Welcome to 1904 McBroom Street here in Dallas. If you show around the community, we are in a gentrified area. You can actually see downtown Dallas skyrises from here, from this street. And I want to show you guys this beautiful home. That's a modern contemporary build. It is a four bed, three bath. And my favorite features on this home guys, it has a rooftop deck right up there. And then it also has a private courtyard. So follow me and I want to show it to you. As you can tell the exterior is built out of stucco. And this home is 3200 square feet. So let's go on in and see all of the unique designs that are here. It looks kind of small when you see the elevation from this front side. But if you guys look around, it's actually a very big home. It's also a three story home, which you don't find often. And immediately when you come in, you have that wow factor because you have double height ceilings. It looks like they're 20 foot ceilings here throughout the home. And I love all these windows here. This is where the courtyard is. For the home you have your dark wood floors. I love this level five texture. If you guys know about homes, texture is really important to a lot of clients. I have a lot of people that reach out to me from California, Chicago. They're like, do you guys have like that flat texture? And most of the homes don't. So they always complain to me. But there are very few builders that do do the level five. This one's one of them. Why? Because it's more of a high end builder. You guys will believe the price on this, I'll tell you in a little bit. But this is the beautiful living room here. You have your electric fireplace. You have these accent lights off to the side, these arch cutouts there, the niches. And then we'll start up here in the front, just because there's a lot to see here. Immediately when we walk in, we do have our washer and dryer here at the front. And then we have our guest bathroom. And something I love about this builder is they do not cheap out on all of the designs. As you can tell this tile is stunning, the black toilet, the black vanity, everything is very beautiful. When you are here, you have to go up to this elevated dining area, but it's well, I mean, it's very well designed, it's oversized, and then you have a lot of light coming in. And then we come over here to the kitchen, we have this black leather stone throughout these European cabinets. And they are soft close as well. They also have this like backsplash that looks like a mirror, which I love. This kitchen is definitely very inviting and makes me want to cook here. We have these pull out doors. This is where your microwave would go here. And then here you open your cabinet. But it's just like a very clean, sleek feel and design of the kitchen. We do have our stainless steel sink, and then our matte black faucet there. We have our dishwasher here. This island is about 10 feet wide. And then we have our pendant lights. As you can tell, this builder doesn't just go get light fixtures from Home Depot, right? He like, really goes out of his way to find the most beautiful light fixtures for this design. And then of course, we have our gas range with our pot filler here, which a lot of people don't see in homes. I'll tell you guys the price in this home, it is going for $799,000, which is unheard of for something like this. We have our walk in pantry here. This is 3200 square feet of home. And we have this little interior courtyard. I've never seen this like I show a lot of homes and I see a lot of homes. I've probably seen one or two homes in my 10 year career that have this little courtyard. Super cute. Some people even do like a pool in this area. You can tell it's fully fenced here. And they did a really good job to preserve this nature. Obviously, you could come and do your own thing and install more plants if you wanted to. But you come in and you feel like you're kind of away. This home is 10 minutes from downtown Dallas. And who would be the type of buyer that would buy this? Usually someone new to Dallas that wants more of like a contemporary modern feel home that doesn't want to be too far away from the city. This would be your primary bedroom. It is on the first floor. We do have our electric fireplace there as well. And then we have this beautiful walk in closet this way. I love how spacious this closet is. You can put your shoes there. You keep going all the way down. You have more shoe shelves here. You're able to hang your clothes on both of these shelves. So lots of space here to store all of your clothes. And then my other favorite thing about this home is the bathroom. Again, going back to the designs, this builder has this sliding barn door to give you guys some privacy. We have our toilet right there. And I just love the tile selection. This is one of those restrooms that you probably never want to leave. You have your rain heads here. And then you have your soaking tub there. And look how beautiful. I don't, I don't see black countertops often. And as you can tell, they did like the black tile with this gray tile. And it just looks so good. And they have the LED lights throughout in the kitchen and in the shower. So really brings out a lot of warmth to this home. And again, back to these windows. There's so much natural light coming in here. Let's go this way. We do have two, the two car garage here. It is a little messy there. So I don't want to show you guys too much. But that's where you come into your home. And then we have this extra storage here. And we'll head up to the second floor. And then the third floor, you're able to maybe do a design here as well. But I really like the open concept of this home and all of these lights also as you go up to the second floor. You guys come this way, we do have two bedrooms on this floor. And we have this beautiful view here of the living room, dining kitchen, have the cable railing here. And I love all of these just like cut out niches that the builder did to make this home very unique. Here we are at the game room could be a second living room. Again, lots of natural light. And then you could also host and have people in the living room downstairs and then upstairs here. Also at your game room. So just a beautiful home. I talked to the builder, he built a couple of these homes and they just go really quickly because there's nothing like it on the market. We come here we have that second bedroom. It has a nice closet there. And then we walk this way. Oh, that opens up here. We have the bathroom that's shared with the other bedroom upstairs. Again, the whole theme of this home is more like neutral colors with the black accents. You want to show the shower. And I really love the light fixes. They are so beautiful. I also have our second or third bedroom here with a closet and then we have this little area off to the side you could use it maybe to put a desk or something else and just have extra space. Okay, we'll head up there to the third floor. And we do have another bedroom up there. And then I want to show you guys the rooftop deck which is not common in homes either. So we come up this way and we have our bathroom here which again very unique choices. I love all the black, the shower, the toilet. That's one of my favorite showers actually. So nice. And then we have this web bar area right over here you can host. This would be our fourth bedroom and then we are here at the rooftop deck. Let me open this so we can go see the views out here.
