Tallinn is one of the most beautiful cities when the sun is out, alfresco drinking and dining everywhere with much to see. This restaurant is a 14th century merchants house at the back of Town Hall Square which has staff in medieval dress for that authentic look. Ideal place to see while there, not expensive.
