How Teen Athletes Get Bigger, Stronger, Faster | Laser 40 PRs + Kicking Prep

Collin (11th grade) and Gavin (9th grade) continue working as teen athletes to get bigger, stronger, and faster in pursuit of reaching their full potential. The day started with speed work while they were fresh. Doing Coach Holler's Atomic Speed Workout (Feed the Cats), followed by laser timed 40's. Then off to the gym for a great arm workout hitting the biceps and triceps. Seeing some good muscle development and strength! Then Collin gets some kicking in to prepare for the Kohl's Scholarship Showcase in TN that is just days away from this session.
