INGREDIENTS:
About 1 kg of peeled and chopped apples
500 ml of water
4 teaspoons of chia seeds
2 teaspoons of sweetener of your choice (I used agave syrup). You can use more if you prefer a sweeter jam.
Cinnamon
1. Cook the apples in the water until they are very soft.
2. Add the chia seeds, sweetener, and cinnamon. Mix well. Leave for 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to thicken the jam.
3. Put the jam into jars and leave it to cool before putting the jars in the fridge.
This jam should be used within 5–7 days.
