*🌿 Gluten-Free Chickpea Pie Recipe*
Ingredients:
• 500 g cooked chickpeas
• 4 eggs
• Salt, to taste
• Black pepper, to taste
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• Filling of your choice
*Instructions*
Blend the cooked chickpeas, eggs, salt, black pepper, and baking powder until smooth. Pour half of the batter into a baking dish, add your favorite filling, then cover with the remaining batter.
Bake at *180°C (355°F)* for **25–35 minutes**, or until golden and cooked through.
