This TABATA is an awesome FULL BODY💪🏼 HIGH INTENSITY⚡️ challenge. NO REPEAT, ALL-STANDING exercises that can be done AT HOME, NO EQUIPMENT needed!

20x10 intervals of 60 cardio exercises work out your upper body, core, glutes and legs, target the abdominals, obliques and lower back, so the routine focuses on cardiovascular endurance, FAT BURNING, strength, agility, speed, balance and stress reduction.

Some of these moves may require quite a bit of coordination and the time literally flies by, I would suggest you watch through the video to make sure you understand the techniques.
