Fill the whole body with MAX💯ENERGY of this NEW 40 MIN MORNING ENERGY YOGA WORKOUT | Full Body which combines the overall benefits of yoga and strength training and make a full body routine, which will build muscle strength, endurance, keep your heart rate up, improve coordination, balance and flexibility.
✅Fitness yoga converts the practice of the poses in traditional yoga to a more active and athletic way, which means moving quickly through the poses, holding each pose for a shorter duration while coordinating the breath.
This routine can be modified according to your level of physical fitness and may be performed instead of any cardio, strength training or stretch routine as it combines all three.
✨I took the courage to stay mat-free and exercise my inner focus and resistance on the Balinese🌴limestone hill:)
