Inspired by their clients’ wish for togetherness, natural light, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, The Ranch Mine designed Hive in Paradise Valley, Arizona — a new build that reimagines midcentury ranch living for today.

Courtyard Plan: The home stretches across a unique flag lot, guiding friends and family into a private courtyard oasis.
Modern Ranch Profile: Gabled living area paired with low, linear flat roofs honors the original ranch style while meeting strict zoning limits.
Indoor-Outdoor Connection: Pocketing glass doors open to a covered patio, pool, hot tub, and sunken fire pit for year-round entertaining.
Poured-in-Place Concrete Fireplace: A dramatic focal point framing views across the entire property.
