So what are your colors in Spanish? Red is what? So where we last left off with colors and today we're going to actually be doing shapes. This is where we are. We are at shapes. So we got triangle. What's your favorite food that looks similar to a triangle? So we had to find something that is square, cuadrado in the house and then he was able to find this timer. So now he has to draw the timer in the book. So now we are up to rectangulo and he has to find something outside that looks like a rectangle, rectangulo. And he just finished triangular and cuadrado which he used the timer for cuadrado. So now we're taking a trip outside. You see anything rectangulo? I don't. Okay let's keep going. We did find something rectangulo. It's a sign. You want to use that? I think we found something. Maybe. Okay so we found something rectangulo after we took our walk and we're going to go with what? The door. The door. Go ahead. Okay so we did rectangulo which he picked a door. And now we're going to do something that's circulo in his room. So he went to look for something to draw. So for circulo he found a coaster. So this is our coaster that's circulo. So now we're going to be cutting and pasting to match the shapes. Circulo, cuadrado, triangulo, rectangulo. And this is what I love most about this workbook. As you can see it's super interactive. Earlier we went outside to look for certain shapes and now we're actually going to be cutting and gluing the shapes according to the shapes that they are in Spanish. All the circulos. Good job. So today we did our Spanish shapes. Triangle is? Triangulo. Triangulo. Good job. Square? Good job. Rectangle? Triangulo. Rectangulo. And circulo? Circulo. Okay so now we're gonna now the next shape we have is star estrella. Draw an item you can find outside that is similar to a star estrella. So let's go. Let's go outside. All right let's go find something that looks like a star estrella. This kind of looks like a star. They do. You want to take one? Yes. All right come on. This kind of looks like a star. Kind of. Okay we decided to go with this flower. Estrella. Estrella. And why we chose this one? Because that was the only one that we found outside that actually looked like a star. And the flower picked actually was yellow like a star. Why does it look like a star? Because it has little peaks all around it. So now you draw a star on the flower that looks similar to a star. And the next one is corazón. Heart is corazón. So draw an item that reminds you of a heart. So where? Anywhere. Anything that reminds you of the shape of a heart or corazón. Like this. This is a heart. Oh okay perfect. Here you go. This is a heart. Perfect. I think I'm gonna draw exactly. Now that we learned the two new shapes estrella and corazón, I want you to match the shapes. Connect the dots to match the words on the left to the shape on the right. So the first word is rectangulo. So which one does this go to? Rectangulo. And the next one? Cuadrado. Cuadrado. Where? Good job. Círculo. Círculo. Estrella. Estrella. And triángulo. Triángulo. Good job. And then next. Next week we will start animales. Los animales. Section four. Good job.
