🔹Ingredients🔹
✔Sour cream or thick yogurt – 120 g
✔Egg white – 1 piece
✔Sugar – 80 g
✔Vanilla sugar – 10 g
✔Salt – 1/3 tsp
✔Odorless vegetable oil – 60 g
✔Wheat flour – 300 g (+/- 20 g)
✔Baking powder – 1 tsp

✔For greasing the cookies – 1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk
✔For sprinkling – a bit of sugar

✔Best regards and good mood (absolutely necessary).

🕒 Bake at 180 °C for an average of 15–18 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.
