Absolute work. What you need today is a mat, and where did I get shoes? I found a loop band.
Okay, we're going to get in and out and done. Fifteen minutes tops, okay?
This is all you need. I am like dripping in sweat. Gross.
From last class, if you haven't ever tried it, please do. It is so much fun.
Even with all my flubs and mistakes. I like to move it, move it.
I think there's a loop band in the black bag. Extra loop band. It's on top of the shoe rack.
Okay, we're going to hit the floor. If you have not done it before, make sure you get a little twist, a little rotation.
Make sure your knees move with you. Say good morning again to some peeps.
Okay, back for more.
Okay, let's do this.
We're going to have a seat.
Band is going to come on the outside of the hands.
Okay, we got a little bit of resistance happening right here.
You're going to lean back, but you're not going to round back. Everything comes forward.
Beautiful posture. Not tucking the chin. Just hold it right here.
Press it out, back, and forth.
Little tiny pulse crunch right here.
Your arms should already be on fire.
Good. We're going to add on to this. You can certainly keep it here.
Lift one leg.
Okay, we have the shoulders nice and high.
Drop that band around the feet.
Okay, down to the elbows.
Right here, a little out and in.
Nice and slow. Feel that work.
Keep it tight through the core.
Last three.
Here, okay?
Little drop.
Last three.
Two.
And one.
Drop it down.
Hands behind the head.
Good. We're going to continue that drop from the floor.
Keep your back flush with that mat.
Other side.
Three, two, one.
Take a break.
Okay, around the ankles.
Straighten out the legs. If you need a slight bend, do it.
Good.
Hands can go under the palm or by your sides.
Ready?
We've got to push up of the hips off the ground. Let's go.
Reject.
Three, two, one.
Drop it.
Drop it. Oh my gosh.
Again, if you need that support, take it easy.
Keep range of motion.
And to a tabletop.
Woo!
Feet.
Keep some distance. Hip wider than hip width.
Take those hands behind the head, but release one hand right here.
Slide it.
Slide it on the floor.
Palm up.
Drive those fingertips toward that foot.
Add some feet to this.
Flex and point.
It's crazy, right?
You wouldn't think it would be any change.
But every time you flex your feet, you're activating muscles that are connected to your core.
Believe it or not.
Three, two, one.
Switch sides.
Flex the feet.
Palm up.
Singles right here.
Okay, you ready?
On that. Feel some point.
Let's go.
Three.
Okay.
Three squats, guys.
One hand behind.
Okay.
Still don't stop.
Let your feet just relax for this one.
We got presses.
We've done this before.
Okay.
Crunch it up.
Press.
Lower that leg.
Yeah, but keep that full back on the mat.
Second it comes up, you've gone too far.
Switch sides.
Good job.
Almost there.
Two.
One.
Okay, that was the last one.
Face it up.
Now we're going to turn it toward the floor.
Go ahead and flip it.
We'll do a very, very quick stretch.
And then we are heading over to home roller class.
So if you need a deeper stretch, please come.
Roller Fridays, right?
So around the calves, you're flipping over.
Okay, we're going to stay in this up dog position.
Or sorry, yes, up dog.
And you're just going to do tiny little pulses here.
Get the glutes.
Continue that jack.
Keep your knees down.
Good, good, good.
That's just right.
Okay.
And we're going to lift.
Straight up.
Jack.
Lift.
Jack.
Lift.
Jack.
Lift.
And lift.
Couple more.
Three.
Two.
And one.
Sit back, chest up.
Good job, good job.
Good job, you guys.
We're going to get an up dog stretch back out.
Hello again, Jill.
Oh, good to have you.
Back for more.
Okay.
Wow.
Very quick set.
Very, very quick set.
I shortened it just a bit since we ran over last class.
But it was good, right?
Ten minute set right there.
All right, you guys.
Please join me for Home Roller Fridays next.
If you can't afford the time.
Get that body out of stuck, out of pain, out of tight.
Right?
I love you all.
Thank you so much again for being here.
I hope to see you in the next class.
If not, have a wonderful weekend and keep persevering.
