Oh my goodness. If you don't get a chance, if you get a chance, I should say,
hit up dance cardio. It is killer. I am dripping, dripping, dripping. Wow. This is absolute core
though, not dance. All you need. Daisy's back for more too. Candice, welcome back. Cassie, Bella,
love it. Okay. 15 minutes. Let's get you done and out of here. All right. Grab your mats
and a squishy ball. If you do not have a squishy ball, use a pillow, like a feather pillow,
something more dense. Serena and Kristy back for more. Woo hoo. All right. I'm grabbing my
squishy ball. Again, if you don't have this, pillow works great. Great option. Okay. Because
most of us are coming back and doing this with having done some crazy cardio,
we're not going to lay in down position quite yet. Take that ball, squeeze it in between
the legs. Yeah. Good. You should feel activation. Do some spine trunk rotations. Do some
pivot punches. Do some twists. Do some knee drives. Make sure you're warm. Okay.
Squeeze in. Yeah. Even squeezing just right here. Squeeze it in. Squeeze, squeeze.
Good. Now, we're going to take our hands, place them down on the mat,
and we're going to lift one leg at a time. If it's too much for you, just keep it here.
Up, squeeze, up, squeeze, up, squeeze, up. Come on.
Good job. Woo. Relax. We're going to take that ball back behind you. Okay. Right at the
of that low back. Pillow works here too. Okay. Hang on to the backs of your knees.
What I don't want to see is this. Shoulders pulled down and back and chest is lifted.
Okay. Don't tuck your chin. Good. Come to your toes. Your heels are lifted. Okay. If you can
just hang on right here, that's fine. If you'd like, hands can come out or down on the floor.
All I'm asking is that you scoop and push into the ball. Very little movement. It is not this.
Okay. It's just pushing into the ball with that low back. Pressing it. Come on.
Good. Think about your belly button pressing against that ball.
Drop your heels. Lift your toes. Same thing.
Good. Hold it. Hold it back. Press, press, press. Don't hold your breath though.
I don't know about you, but I am feeling fire in the belly area. Oh yeah.
Press. Little press. This time I am asking you to bounce a little.
Three. Two. Okay. Now, we're going to go for the, all right, squeeze the ankles. Okay.
Little squeezes. We can squeeze the balls up. If you haven't already purchased one of these
balls, they're so cheap. Amazon maybe, right? All right. Hands behind the head. We're not
holding it here. Lift the head. Put the pulse and crunch it. That's right. And press.
Like a squeeze. Oh my gosh.
Get some hype, guys.
Three. Two.
Oh my gosh. Take a little break.
Shake out those legs, right? Balls going right back, too. If you need to, soften the knees.
Otherwise, squeeze that ball between the ankles. Good. Right here. Elbows by your side.
Little squeeze. Reverse. Crunch. Squeeze the ball.
Squeeze the ball.
Don't worry.
Lift those hips. Hold it here. Okay. Feeling that activation all through the back of the leg.
Yeah. Press down. Press down. Press. Press. Keep those hips lifted.
Two. One. Come on. Switch sides. Wow. Who knew, right? Ready?
Hips and crunch. Let's go. Lift and crunch. Press into that ball.
Three. Two. One. And pulse is right here. Press into the ball or the pillow. Press. Press. Press.
Press. Oh my gosh. It looks like we made it. We're going to stay at the end of this, right?
Three. Two. One. Oh my gosh. Okay. One more move. Taking the ball nice and high.
In low plank position. If you need to, sit down on your knees. Okay. I don't want to see sagging
hips, though. Okay. Everything in alignment. Right here. Squeeze the ball. Squeeze it.
Good job. Good job. Almost there. Three. Two. One.
Quick break. We're going to continue doing that, but we're going to alternate squeezing the glutes.
You guys ready? Squeeze the quads. Squeeze the glutes. Here we go. Squeeze and squeeze.
Keep your hands separated.
Okay.
Oh my gosh. Two. And one. We did it. We made it through.
Holy smokes. Thread one arm.
Other side. Curl your toes under. Down dog. Walk your feet in.
Feel a stretch through the back of the legs. We're going to lift and lower the heels.
Feet together. Stretch right here. Drop your knees without bouncing. Oh, so good. Right?
We did it. We made it through. It looks like we made it. Your toes out. Pull this way.
Good. And one foot inside. Reach for those toes with both. Other side.
Wow. Arm across the chest. Right? Thank you, Nazzy. Thank you, Bella. Thank you, Serena, Christy,
Daisy, Candace. Other side. Hopefully, you can join me for next class. If you cannot,
please come back. Take it at another time because it is so good. And thought of the day,
my second thought of the day. To be more childlike, you don't have to give up being an adult.
The fully integrated person is capable of being both an adult and a child simultaneously.
Recapture the childlike feelings of wide-eyed excitement, spontaneous appreciation,
cutting loose, and being full of awe and wonder at this magnificent universe. Oh, that's so good.
Thank you, guys, so much for being here. Thank you. I hope you have a great weekend.
Please join me for Restore & Release Foam Roller Friday. Okay, next. If not, I love you.
