Here's what happened in the second EMX 250 race at the final round then in Afyon, Turkey.
The newly crowned champion in blue up the inside,
Giannis Racelis riding with the number one plate here in the final race of the season.
He came away with a whole shot. Garcia, your winner from race one on the Kawasaki, quickly into second. The rider
on the number six,
emerging in third coming out of that turn, who was second fastest in time practice and third in race one, Elias Eskandel,
hoping for a podium.
Just ahead of him though, the 304 of Liam Owens, also vying for a podium.
And if he could do that, then it was obviously going to be back-to-back podiums. Jake Cannon also eyeing up a strong finish.
He nudged Fredso off the side of the track as he found his way up into sixth. That was on lap five.
Garcia and Eskandel, they traded positions. That was for fourth place on lap ten.
Adria, sorry, Mon and Eskandel. Mon had this big moment then off the side of the track.
Lost fourth, went back to fifth, re-emerged just ahead of Cannon.
Found his way back into fourth a few corners later, or certainly at the start of the next lap, did the 365.
But then, two corners after that, Eskandel fell to the other side of the jump here.
Lost the front end, tipped over, landed awkwardly on his right shoulder. Everything happening so quickly there, look,
couldn't get away from the bike. That allowed Cannon to go through. Eskandel wouldn't finish the race.
Then we had a change for the lead
between Garcia and Raceless. The Spaniard going through on lap 10 of 14.
And from there, he went on to take the checkered flag.
Jake Cannon wasn't done yet, though. He found his way up the inside of Adria Mon to move into fourth.
That's where he would finish because Liam Owens was too far down the track.
But what a weekend, what a final round for Francesco Garcia, going 1-1 for the second time this year.
Takes the overall for the third time in 2025, secures a bronze medal.
Second overall and two second places for Raceless. Third overall for Liam Owens, with a fourth and a third back-to-back podiums for him.
Jake Cannon and Lionel Rykel rounding out the top five. There's your championship in 2025. Raceless, Zanotz and Garcia.
Gold, silver, bronze. Gritman ends the year fourth ahead of Owens.
But that's how it finished on the weekend.
Garcia, Janusz Raceless and Liam Owens.
For the top three in the championship, Janusz Raceless, Noel Zanotz and Francesco Garcia.
What a year we had in 2025 in the MX250.
