Oh, there's my mat. I thought I put it under the couch, but I didn't. I had it out.
Easily accessible. Great job, you guys. If you came to last class and if you're coming back
for more, this is Kami Crusher Core Day 4 of our 12 Days of Fitness. It's good stuff
that we're doing. Fun, right? Awesome. Well, all you need today is, of course, a mat and
a loop band. If you don't have that, that's okay. You don't have to use it. And then,
of course, we've got a TheraBand. Hopefully, you have that, either one of those. If you don't,
we can certainly do our best. This is a quick class. If you are not warm and you're not tagging
this on to another class, feel free to pause me and get there. Get warm. Lisa, I love it. One more.
So good. Okay. I'm rolling out my mat and we're going to get to it. You're having those bands.
Oh, yeah. Okay. Take that TheraBand or whatever band you have, really. Okay. This keeps getting
shorter and shorter. I need to pull out my other stash of supplies. Now, it's a little bit of a
balancing act. You're going to feel some variability with your bum, okay? But we're just pushing
through onto that band, holding those arms right by our sides. Yes. I've taken my shoes off.
I just appreciate the feeling of no shoes every once in a while.
Good. We're not jumping around, so it's all good, right? Oh, yeah.
If you missed last class, you need to take it. It was fun. We had a grand old time.
Everything's Christmas-themed, as you can see. I did not put my Christmas lights back on,
but if you want to see that, check out the beginning of last class. Good. Three, two, and one.
Warming everything up, aren't we? Good. Out. Okay. I'm going to go on an angle so you can see.
We're going to tuck those elbows right next to our side, down on the mat. Yes. And all you're
going to do is a nice lowering and lifting. Yes. If you can, hover that bottom leg. If you need to,
Oh, wow. We're taking that air band back behind us, or whatever band you've got. We've got some
chest press kick outs, so seated nice and tall with that beautiful posture.
All you're doing is kicking out and punching out a little chest press. If you need to,
get rid of the band. Slight lean back. If your hips are like,
keep it a single leg. You're still going to feel it, but it won't be as intense.
Oh my gosh, this one's tough. I'm feeling it too.
I'm not here long. Come on, we got this. Three, two, all right.
Good job. Tabletop, those legs, point the toes, okay. You're going to grab that band
in one hand, okay, and we're just crunching up. Your pinky is facing the ceiling.
If you're not pulling on your head and neck ever, I don't want you to do that. It's just not good
Two, three, and one. Great job, kicker of your band. When I bought these, I didn't think I would
be Christmas color coordinated. Take it around the feet, yes. You're still back behind the head
with those hands without pulling on that neck. Good. I know I sound like a broken record when I
ask you to make sure that you're doing things right, okay. Frame the head with those elbows
without pulling, right. Good, and alternating, you can see a little crunch up and jack. Simple, jack, up, jack.
I'm going to try using that core to crunch up. We're going to turn on the side, okay, bottom leg is going
to be extended, yes, and we're going to crunch in, but we're going to take it across, so your chest is
facing the ceiling and you're taking the opposite knee to the opposite elbow. Who thought this was a good idea right here?
Yeah, good job, good job. Three, two, and one. We're switching sides, bottom, what a way to get your obliques right.
Okay, now we're going to do some themed work to finish out. That was just our precursor to the real deal.
Yes, we have sleigh pulls, sleigh pulls. Oh my gosh, I am so glad you are thinking that,
because I was too. I don't know if it was just me, holy heck, right. Okay, if you don't know what a body
saw is, you're just in low plank position and you're rocking back and forth on your toes.
Good stuff, yes, okay, okay, right, sleigh pull. You know what? I created it, right? Keep yourself in a straight line, head to tailbone, so
I know, I know, I'm feeling it too.
15 seconds.
Three, two, and one. That was good. Okay, we have sheer pump here, okay, right here.
Like last night during our section of class, yes, Lisa, let's go.
If you missed that class too and your body is hurting, it's a great one to attend. I will have
one more of those next Sunday, but it'll be pre-recorded and available to you guys.
Three, two, oh my goodness, sit back, child's pose. I'm just checking the time. Look at that, we are
heading in to our last little bit. Okay, have a seat upright. We've got presses out, side to side, okay?
Yeah, ride the booty on this one. Ready, set, let's go. Peppermint twist right here. I've got the right
socks on for this. If you can hover, do it. If you need to, keep your feet down
and you can step in and out. Not as intense, right? But do what you gotta do.
Good job, good job. Oh my gosh. Two, one. Expressing like it is.
All right, last little bit here. Okay, we are flipping over again. You're on all for this one.
We've got more of that cracker idea. It's the dance. I want to say sugar plum berries again,
but it's not that. I wrote it, I didn't write it down and I had it in brain, but we're gonna dance
with our knees, okay? We're gonna dance with our knees. So you're gonna push into your toes,
hover those knees and you're tapping down, okay? Now listen for my cueing. When I say double,
you're gonna tap double until I say singles again, okay? You ready? Set, let's go.
If you need to, stay on your knees and lift.
Let's go, double. Singles, double. Hovers and singles. To the end, to the end. Three, two, oh my gosh.
Okay, we got wrapping paper cuts as our final move. I kind of feel like I wanted to say that
was a Russian dance, but we're not in the same, I guess they're like this, right? And they're low
and they're doing the, I can't even. Amazing, that's amazing, amazing feet, okay? Otherwise,
we're staying in the same position though. This one, sit ups, okay? Wrapping paper cuts. Let's
you guys. So, so, so good. Okay, oh gosh. And take the hands to one side. Beautiful side stretch
right here. Walk those fingertips away. Keep your bottom touching your heels. Other side.
Up dog stretch right here. Oh yeah, Lisa, great job. I'm so glad you came. I know you don't always
get the chance to take this class, so it's good to have you here. Let's do a nice down dog. We
did it. We made it happen. We finished a Monday, a crazy Monday, right? You are so welcome, Lisa.
I'm glad that you got what you needed out of that. Don't forget, we have Merry Litmas coming tomorrow.
It's gonna be good. Yes, I hope to see you then. I leave you with the final, again, thought of the
day. My idea of Christmas, whether old-fashioned or modern, is very simple. Loving others. Come
think of it, why do we have to wait for Christmas to do that? So true, right? Bob Hope said that.
All right, you guys, have a great rest of your day and start your week like I mentioned already.
And I hope to see you tomorrow. Bye.
