
BalanceSculpt 3.17.20 Part 1

BalanceSculpt - This class will strengthen and tone the whole body with strength-based exercises and balance fundamentals inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates. Additional exercises will focus on core conditioning and stretching techniques for a total body workout. Class participants will burn calories, tone and sculpt muscles and gain balance, an important component of overall health. (Equipment - band (superband, tube or theraband), gliders or hand towels folded in lieu of gliders, and light weights)
