Strength & Conditioning - This ever-changing class format will challenge your whole body to new fitness levels. Strengthen major muscle groups with body-weight exercises and utilize a variety of exercise equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, and/or steps to target the major muscle groups and elevate the heart rate and spirit. (bands and weights (sturdy backpack loaded with heavy books will work), potentially gliders or hand towels in lieu of gliders, mat)
