What would YOU do?

A couple of neighboring dogs bark incessantly at anything and everything, all day and into the night. It drives you nuts. You've spoken to the owners. But they ignore and even threaten you. What would YOU do?

Plus the dogs don't have long fur and are out in the snowy cold for days, and I brought this up to police dispatch but they didn't seem concerned.


LATEST UPDATE - Have had to call police for the past two days after making this video. It would appear that the dog owner has a police scanner because when I called in today (11/12/2020) the dogs disappeared about two minutes before the officer arrived. They had been barking non-stop for hours.

FYI - Years ago, I tried to help a beautiful Alaskan malamute that was tied to a post on a rope shorter than he was and he was almost never let off the rope and practically forced to sleep in his own feces. But with all my phone calls to animal agencies and the police it really amounted to nothing in the end, even though it broke the laws of the state and even local ordinances.
