This INCREDIBLE Tiny Villa Will Amaze You!

Hi everyone, welcome back to another video. My name is Yuki with Bali Texture where we specialize in architecture, construction, and sales. And today I have a very special video for you guys because we are going to be touring Bali Texture's most recently finished project called the Tiny Villa. This villa right here features two bedrooms, a beautiful modern industrial design, and now enough waffling here, let's take a look at the villa. Step inside guys, I mean this villa just speaks for itself. This timeless design along with an absolutely beautiful interior and finishing, Bali Texture has done such a great job in maximizing the land area we have here. This villa is built on 110 square meters of land included with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a TV area, and a kitchen, pool, and pretty much everything you'll ever need in a comfortable villa. So for the materials that we used on this wall here, we used what's called a paras stone and on top of this here you have wooden deckings. The facade is just really amazing. It gives such a nice visual, that industrial look that I've been talking about here. Over to my right, you have garden space. It's always good to have some form of greenery in your villa to refresh the air. Now with that being said, let's go check out the inside. The interior of this villa is just even better guys. As you step in here, you're greeted with a beautiful living area combined with a kitchen area, which has a kitchen island made out of polished cement, pendant lights above, and this kitchen area just has everything all the necessities need all in one place. You have an oven here, a stove, toaster, water dispenser, and beautiful decorations all throughout and the colors really go well with each other, the contrast. Now my favorite area in this whole villa has to be the living area. It has to be because you know I like to relax and watch a lot of Netflix, right? And not only that, you have immediate access to the villa swimming pool, right? And a sunken conversation pit over to my right hand side and the best part about it all is you get this amazing view of the nyanyi rice fields, right? It can't get better than this. I honestly can't think of any way Bali texture could have made this better, right? It's just beautiful really. I'm stunned. I'm perplexed, honestly. Okay, now that we have those areas covered, right? We have a seating area here like you've seen before. Cabinet made out of wood. Again, gorgeous finishings all throughout and a seating area here where you can relax and enjoy your dinner, maybe do some work. Now with that said, let's go and check out the bathroom. As the tour goes on and on, the things just get even better, right? What I'm talking about is just take a good look at this bathroom here. Again, Bali texture has done such an amazing job designing this bathroom, making it look as beautiful as humanely possible, right? You have a terrazzo bathtub here, a semi-open bathroom area with tons of natural light just flowing through all throughout, right? You have double sinks here, polished cement countertop and polished cement walls giving you that modern industrial feel, right? Make sure you stay tuned because now we are going to check out the bedrooms. Now that we have gone over all the things that the ground floor has to offer, let me take you guys up to the first floor of the villa where the two bedrooms are situated. Now, before that, I want to show you guys this, these beautiful wooden staircases that take us up there. Now, the bedroom area is also amazing, right? It's got a beautiful view of the city, so stay tuned for that and follow me upstairs. Before I make my way upstairs, I want to show you guys this, you know, we use black lava stone finishings here, you know, to replicate that industrial kind of vibe over here. You see black lava stone with the white color and the brown wooden finishings on the stairs, they all go very well together and it's very soothing to the eyes. Now with that said, now as we make our way upstairs before you enter the bedrooms, we have a living area complete with a TV, you know, perfect if you want to watch sports, Netflix, relax a little bit, right? It's just an amazing space. I love how Balitetra maximized the build area that we have here and incorporated a kind of like a living room in between the two bedrooms here, which I think is just an awesome idea really. Very relaxing, beautiful design, everything just goes very well together. Balitetra, again, awesome job, excellent work. Before we make our way into the first bedroom, I want to show you guys this. I didn't get the chance to show you before, but over here you have beautiful pendant lights, right? Kind of like the lights they have in traditional Japanese homes. Now as I make my way into the bedroom area, I'm surrounded with wooden interior finishings all throughout, right? The ceiling here, wooden. Bed frame, wooden, right? You have rattan night lights over here and a closet where you could store all of your clothes. Not only that, black lava stone finishings on the wall here and a beautiful comfortable bed, which you know, if you guys don't mind. Now that we have that section covered, we move on along to my favorite bedroom of the villa. Come on in guys. Come on in, right? I mean, take a good look at this bedroom. You have wooden finishings on the floor, black lava stone on the walls over there, and this beautiful wooden interior that Bali Texture has precisely designed. Not only did that bedroom have a flawless design, but it also comes with this beautiful balcony area, guys, overlooking the rice fields. And the view is just amazing. I mean, I could spend my days here, enjoy the beautiful greenery, and just get a good feel of the breeze. Really, it's super refreshing. Nyangi is such a beautiful location. And if you are looking to build a villa like this in a prime location with a gorgeous view, do not hesitate to contact Bali Texture today. Last but not least, I want to talk about this amazing pool as well. Not only does this area have a pool, but it has a conversation pit, an outdoor shower, wooden finishings on the decking right here, along with an amazing view of the rice fields, pretty much, right? I mean, it does not get better than this. Bali Texture, again, has done such a great job. They're honestly the best at what they do. And just sitting here, honestly, admiring this beauty of a villa makes me rethink, like, can anyone really do it as good as Bali Texture does? To my understanding, I don't think so. But anyways, with that said, I would like to thank you guys for tuning in all the way up to the end of the video. My name is Yuki with Bali Texture. Don't forget to like and subscribe, and I will see you guys in the next video.
