A can of condensed milk and 5 minutes! A taste of childhood! The famous cake that drives the whole world crazy! Delicious and very easy!
Just a can of condensed milk and a few simple ingredients – and you have this legendary cake that instantly brings back childhood memories! It's quick to make, incredibly moist and tender, perfect as a quick cake with coffee, for guests, or simply to enjoy in between meals.

Recipe:
3 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
1 can condensed milk (380 g / 13.4 oz).
120 ml sunflower oil (1/2 cup / 4 fl oz).
Zest of one lemon.
1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml / 0.5 fl oz).
200 g flour (1.5 cups / 7 oz).
1 tbsp baking powder (15 g / 0.5 oz).
Icing sugar for decoration.

20 cm (8 inch) tin.
Bake in the oven at 175°C (347°F) for 40–45 minutes.
