Ingredients:
- 1 head fresh cauliflower (cut into florets)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1–2 cups Italian bread crumbs

- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash blend (or mixed seasoning)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions:
1. Wash cauliflower and cut into bite-sized florets.
2. Blanch florets in salted boiling water for 1 minute, then place in ice water to stop cooking. Pat dry and refrigerate for 1 hour.
