🥄 Ingredients: (1 cup = 250 ml)
3 eggs 🥚🥚🥚
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
A pinch of salt
Some vanilla
120 ml oil (1/2 cup)
150 ml milk (5/8 cup)
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
250 g flour (2 cups)
10 g baking powder (2 teaspoons)
24 cm baking dish
Grease the dish with butter and dust with flour
Bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes
