Carnival Glory Sea Day - Last Day of the Cruise! | Day 4 - Sea Day Brunch, Sushi, Disembark!

Uh, it is day four and we're at the Cday brunch. Yep. And we did go in the app. It said it would be 20 to 30 minutes and it only took maybe about 10 minutes. Table number came up. We came downstairs. Table number disappeared. It said 35 to 40. But you just given your room number and they take you to your table. Yep. So, we're going to start the day off with a little brunch. And he has his fancy bloody Mary. And look at it all. Three giant olives. But yeah. Cheers. Moon. Let me take a look at those olives. Wow. Oh, two limes. Wow. And a big uh celery stalk. So, let's see if this is spicy or not. That's really perfect. Yeah. Peppery, spicy. Yeah, it's that's good. I have orange juice coming. Yeah, I also have orange juice. I have coffee. I have the three drink uh C day brunch. It's C day brunch. You got to go all out. Last day. Got to have a lot of coffee. And their coffee on Carnival is so good. We do like it. So, the food on this ship has been really, really good. Um, and the nice thing is this is our day four technically. We have not done a breakfast buffet. So, uh, the first two days we did breakfast, sit down, breakfast, and now a sit down Cday brunch. So, no buffet. Yeah, the buffet lines were really, really long, but this no time at all. So, come here. Staff is awesome. Food is good. Yeah. So, we'll be here next July with Andrea's parents. So, now that we know these tips, we'll be like, "Okay, let's go to the breakfast by by 9:30, though." Yep. So, mom and dad, be prepared to eat. Yep. All right. So, the breakfast has arrived. All right. This looks pretty good. Got a nice looking steak. We got a Danish juice has arrived. It's like All right. It's a It's a spread. See what the steak looks like. Oh, it's tender. All right. Well, it's it's over medium, but it's good. Thank you. And then I just went with the scrambled eggs and this corn beef hash is amazing. And you know how I am with bread. I got a Danish and a grisol. Oh, wait. Oh, over easy. All right. Top deck here. This uh serenity back there. Two hot tubs. Uh, and then right here are two water slides. They look fairly fast. Oh, well, maybe not. Well, I think sometimes you have to pull yourself, which I learned the whole hard way from getting stuck in the middle and then I had to like pull myself down, which is really embarrassing. But I actually I had a swim shirt on, too. So, they said the swim shirt probably slowed me down. A nice little uh last day of the cruise. Relaxed vibe out here. All right. The yellow slide looks pretty cool. So, it's all open. Yeah, I think I would like the yellow one. Yeah. Heat. [Applause] [Music] [Music] All right. So, Leo deck 9. If you can't find a spot to eat down here, come up these steps past the chicken and waffles. It's like nice and cool back here and plenty of seating with a view. So, we're not sure what this is. Chicken and waffles. We have never seen this place. I don't know if it's a little like Shack's big chicken. Well, I'm trying to remember what was here. All right. Classic fried chicken, spicy fried chicken, fluffy waffles. And I'm not seeing pricing, so I think it's included. Potato bacon cell barbecue pork butt deep brisket hot honey glaze fried chicken. All right. Yeah, it might be kind of like a shacks big chicken. Okay, before I forget, this whole cruise, uh, this has had to be the smoothest waters on any cruise. You have never felt like you're moving the whole time. Unless we're jinxing oursel for tonight. That could be. We'll let you know. But it's day four. We haven't felt anything. Okay, so a final C day before disembarking would find us playing cards. Drop in the comments what game we are playing. He's whispering because we are in the library and we have the pups pulled up so we could watch the pups and we're in a cool little room. Dig in the headlines, then walk on the main chill final sea day. Oka off the Leo deck is sushi at sea. You can get a sushi boat. We've had that before. Awesome. Or here's the menu. You can get a bang bang bonsai roll and share it. That's what they have. Sushi and sea. And it is always amazing. And here it is, the finished product. All right. It looks fantastic. So, four each. This looks very yum. Wow. The sushi at Bonsai Sushi is always so good. It's really, really high quality. Have to get it every time. All right, we got ourselves two slices of pepperoni pizza from the pizza pirate. And this isn't my favorite nor my least favorite pizza. My favorite pizza is whatever pizza I'm eating at the moment. So, it's a really really thin crust, but the sauce is really good. So, it's got good flavor and it usually comes up really quick. So, this is going to go well with our sushi. There you go. Okay, it's come down to the last drink, Nightfall, which is Hennessy, uh, black syrup, cranberry, and fresh lime juice. So, the last of the new menu drinks. I try not to drink the last day too much cuz, you know, tomorrow they wake up early, all that. I'll have like a couple. Yeah. So, I have like all the uh new drinks so far. This will probably be the least one. I just don't think I'm a big uh conac person. So, yeah. Yeah. Yeah. This one's not for me. Maybe like a a five. A 5.0. Sorry. I have the Nightfall. And I have a Jefferson the First. It's got muddled strawberries and blueberries, blackberries. I think all the berries. Very good and refreshing. Reminds me of the cucumber sunrise. Cheers. Yeah. Yeah. And mine is a cognac heavy drink, which I think I'm determining. I'm not a fan of cognac. So, not uh probably would not get this one again, but hers was lovely. Yeah. So, we're going to check into dinner soon and we got our goodbye show and then see what we can do for the rest of the evening. That's right. I just myself in the head [Music] over here. Well, we'll let her try that. And then chicken dolls. I have ale and cheddar soup. This is really good. I got into it already. And you know, I got to have one more shrimp cocktail. Always fabulous. It's never overdone. Always perfect. I'm seeing the legs more than I've ever seen before. So, it's not bad, though. And the little bread that comes with it is awesome. So, I just feel bad for eating one of my favorite muppets. Well, hopefully it's good. All right, it's good. And by the way, for my three bottle wine bottle package over the course of the cruise, for my final bottle, instead of going dry red, I actually chose a uh bubbly suvet. It's kind of like a sparkling champagne type of a thing, but brute. So dry. So I do like it. Very good. Dinners have now arrived. We got enchiladas and Andrea has the same thing. It is fantastic. I already got into it. Good stuff. Yeah, good stuff. It almost tastes like it's in like a avocado, cilantro type of sauce and it I think it's beef, black beans. Looks like black beans. I don't know. It's good. All right. Very good. It will be gone. And the final dessert of this cruise, we had baked Alaska and another cheese plate. Cheese plate. I will eat all but Andy gets the holy cheese. I don't eat Swiss. Oh, yeah. I love Swiss. So, I'll take the Swiss. You could have the other. Yeah. And a little baked Alaska. And I just said, I'm not sure how you bake ice cream, but there it is. I think they just flame the top. And that's the bake part. It's possible. Yeah. And somehow the rest doesn't melt. [Music] Not bad. Hello. We are wrapping up the sea day. One more sleep and then we we disembark uh from the ship and then we're going to go pick up her puppy. Puppy time. That's the best part about disembarkcation. Yeah. Reuniting with your pups. So, if we're not sad when we're leaving the ship, it's because we have two little cuties to go home to. So, who are just like a joy. So, yeah. Yep. That was amazing. Oh, I've been waiting forever. Oh, Lord. Oh, Lord. [Music] [Applause] We have made it to the end of day four. So that means the cruise is ending tonight. So we actually had a really good time. All of the food that we had in the main dining room was awesome. We really liked the crew that we had, so we made sure to request them every meal. And we thought it was kind of funny. They said they were gonna put our table aside for us and then they told us it was it was reserved and we think it was reserved for us cuz nobody ever sat there. So that was just kind of funny. Um it was a window seat and our crew member Ian said, "Oh yeah, it's all taken care of." But then when it came down to it, nobody sat there. So funny stuff. Um, but Celebration Key was awesome. We can't wait until we can go back there again. Uh, I believe the next time we'll be there is next July when we do the glory one more time, the 250th America birthday cuz it's going to be July 4th of 2026. So, uh, Nassau, that was really good. We had our own little guided tour with a little help from Lisa, our tour guide from December. But all in all, really good time. A lot of friendly people. So yeah, looking forward to the next one.
