Just No Bake Oatmeal! I gave up sugar with this cake!
Recipe 1:
2 glasses (200 g) of instant oatmeal.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
⅓ cup (3 tablespoons) of cocoa powder.
1 Art. l. ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt.
2 Art. l. almond
2 bananas.
Sweetener to taste.
1-2 bananas.
3 Art. l. yogurt or sour cream.
1½ cups (200 g) cottage cheese, cream cheese or ricotta.
¼ tsp. vanilla
Sweetener to taste.
In the refrigerator for 50 minutes.
⅓ cup (60 g) dark chocolate without sugar.
½ tbsp. l. coconut oil.
Nuts to taste.
Recipe 2:
1 cup of flax seeds.
1/2 chia.
