In today's video I am going to show you how to do the incline lying dumbbell curl correctly. This is a great exercise to engage and grow your biceps.
Setup of the incline lying dumbbell curl:
1. Set bench to 45-60 degrees
2. Plant yourself on the bench and push your head back to leave a light imprint against the bench with your chin up
3. Keep arms static and glued to the bench
4. Curl up with wrists neutral
5. At top of curl rotate pinkys out to get a full contraction
