GN House, designed by Arkides Studio in Lembang, Indonesia, is a 370-square-meter residence that reflects the introverted nature of its owner through a bold, windowless facade and a highly private layout. While the front of the house appears closed and monolithic, the interior opens up with large windows on all sides, promoting natural light and ventilation. The design balances seclusion with spatial openness and features a distinctive terracotta tile facade—typically used for flooring—requiring precise craftsmanship and attention to detail. GN House stands as a thoughtful response to urban density, personal lifestyle, and local construction practices.
