Healthy no-bake cake – with banana, cocoa, cherries, and creamy quark filling! No sugar, no flour, perfect for hot days. Simple recipe for a no-bake cake, ideal as a healthy snack or dessert.
🍫 No baking: Healthy layer cake with banana, cocoa & cherries
A dreamy no-bake cake with a creamy quark layer, fruity cherry filling and a chocolatey oat base! 🍒🍌 Perfect for summer, no added sugar, no flour – but full of flavor! Ideal as a healthy dessert or snack.

📝 Ingredients:

🍫 For the base:
200g fine oats (2 cups)
3 tbsp(approx. 20g) cocoa powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp almonds(approx. 20g)
2 ripe bananas
30g honey ordate syrup

🍶 Forthequark cream:
250g low-fat quark
70g Greek ornatural yogurt
40g nut butter (e.g. almondor cashew)
40g desiccated coconut
30g honeyor syrup
1 tspvanilla extract
1-2 tsp Lemon juice

🍒 For the cherry layer:
150g pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
1-1.5 tsp cornstarch

🔁Substitutions & tips:
–You can replace cherries with raspberries or strawberries 🍓
–Almonds in the base can be swapped for walnuts 🌰
–A little protein powder in the quark makes the cake more protein-rich 💪
–The yogurt gives the cream a lighter consistency
–For a firmer cake: simply freeze for 1 hour ❄️
