How to buy chinese herbs: the right way, from a traditional Chinese medicine shop

Some of you may have never been to a Traditional Chinese medicine shop. Some may feel very foreign or even intimidated by it, especially if you are not very familiar with Chinese herbs. In this video, I’ll show you how to buy Chinese herbs and herbal soup packs in a Traditional Chinese Medicine shop.

I filmed this video in my family’s Chinese herbal shop and clinic. Many herbal shops more or less have a similar setup. Most shops have their own herbal soup pack, you could also bring in your own recipes (such as recipes you get from my channel) and ask them to pack for you. There are many Chinese herbs that come in their own single pack. So you could buy them and create your own recipe at home too.
