Day 184 - Shop Concrete Slab + BBQ

The day for concrete arrived, and it was such a beautiful day. The crew came on a Wednesday to complete the forms, and the concrete was poured and finished the following day. I included one sewer out, one water in, and two 2" conduit stub outs for future expansion in the concrete.

On the form day, I stayed out on the property to smoke a pair of Boston butts for pulled pork. Sitting around a firebox while stretched out on a zero gravity chair with the sound of nature in full swing and the brisk evenings of fall setting in.....ahhh, such a relaxing time. On concrete day, I cooked 10lbs of garlic parmesan mashed potatoes. Zero complaints from the crew.
