and Lucy's taking on the cold so that's not good guys today I'm not going to lie to you it's pretty horrible day pretty rainy pretty typical British kind of Day in England from now January until kind of like May June would you say look at these gray gray clouds need to get some sun need to get somewhere hot but nevertheless we are doing something quite funny today actually we decided we saw Emily and Mike briefly earlier today I've still got a bit of a cold Lucy's got a cold Emily's got a cold has Mike got a cold I don't think Mike has no Mike just doesn't get ill he's like Invincible yeah I swear he is so Mike said let's go to the SAA let's go to The Spar let's get in the steam room we've got a membership fit for which means we can go to Splash point and go on all them rooms for free so we thought why not so we're going to go there in a bit it's not free cuz we pay a membership well no it's free for us yeah but we pay a membership yeah we've already paid the membership so is free hair it's a gorgeous human being right there I don't know it might suit me I think it might be fun my hair right face for it though that's the only issue yeah I got the right face for anything sure I don't know I think it could be quite fun to do it in a video there's a guy whose vide what the hell are you talking about not like a six month long video you can't do it in a video I this idea of growing my hair in this video what I mean is documenting the journey I recently got into this guy on YouTube called greasy Max and he grew his hair he's been growing his hair for like 6 months or longer and it's got so so long my hair is pretty long on top but I always get the sides cut short so I might just go for it not get haircut for ages so some money but you have to go through that awkward stage where it kind of looks looks really weird to me friends um yeah we're going to take the GoPro with us into this Dem um into this own I don't know if we're it's a thing or not but it's quite funny like the four of us wait you're not ready to see anything are you though at all yeah it's not that dark is it no no you're like steam well we'll try it out the Goof keep wiping it we're you've just s us eating pancakes which were delicious by the way it is 4:00 in the afternoon but don't worry we're still going to make a fun fun video so this is literally all we're going to take you're all right oh I haven't told them my KNE no this is all we're going to take little GoPro guys I had a disaster on Wednesday this week it's currently Sunday and it's still no better I was walking out the flat and as you go out there's like a step and it was dark I had my heels on I had all my bags in front of me I was about to leave for work in the morning wearing tights and a dress and I fell like I didn't just I didn't trip I fell I stacked it I properly stacked it it was awful you know like when you do when you're like 8 years old and you always have like graze knees and stuff when you're a kid and you like scrape all up your hand you know them ones I felt like a child and I was I don't know what happened and I they're the ones that you normally cry I didn't cry thank you I didn't cry did I I'll show you it now it's horrible I was wearing tights sry you proba don't want to see this it's disgusting but there you go it's Rank and this is this is from Wednesday considering it's now Sunday it's still awful and it was huge before it's been red it's been throbbing all week bleeding it's been going through all my clothes sorry it's disgusting I know but I'm going to tell you on it when nice and honest about that laded all my tights it wasn't like a little ladder again it was like all up down up and down the whole leg this so I ran upstairs and I was like George I've had a fall and he was like what the hell like half asleep really ill in bed had to change my tights and then went off to work but as I was in such a rush I it I couldn't have time I didn't have time as I was in such a rush didn't have time to like dress it so it's just I think that's what's happened and it's just been really hurting since I like went into the first day at work and like bandaged it up and stuff and it was just a nightmare it's really annoying cuz you know when you have a cut and you want it to heal so you like put saffon on it but that means it's wet but then you need it to be dry but then you keep catching it when it's dry that's my issue I'm going around in circles here and if I put clothes on it goes wet again ah it's so annoying will the SAA help it yeah yeah all right cool I'm going to sit down but I'm going to regret this oh I know this is why I have we're not coming we're not coming to the spa this is my issue this is why haven't moved yet it's so comfy right Spa time let's go [Music] your feet not burning fil guys we're outside that is see we just had a nice sa yeah we have it's so cold I'd have no idea why we've come outside so cold good choice though ah this kitchen lighting is never good right for any of you people that are like healthy eaters or like to eat well um you'll know that cheer seeds are really good for you but they're really expensive they're normally like £5 for like a packet of them like this big not good went to Liz the other day saw these they didn't have any price on them so I thought oh I just take them to the till if they're a f they a f I won't get them again but if they're less then fine $129 £129 for how many G 200 g that is so cheap so if any of you guys that buy cheer seeds go to little because you'll save yourself a lot of money so I'm just going to sprinkle some of these on the overnight oats guys it's Caribbean sand on this GoPro this is making me really sad can you see it around the little screwed I don't know if you can back from the s in the steam room now and we're just making some dinner well Luc is anyway we were so tempted to get a Toby hary on the way home so temped then we remember Ten on Sundays and I'm not playing the ten when it can be 6 in the week that is true they double the cost of a Toby car the weekend anyway wow we actually make this some fancy stuff tonight oh we having breaded chicken no is that cashews it's grounded almonds almonds oh my God you bash the chicken it's like fat dip it in egg I don't want to touch it cuz I don't like touching my chicken so I'm trying to Fork isn't going to work is it probably not and then you dip it in the almonds oh wow yeah just use your hands but wash make sure they're clean want to they're very clean thank you they cool then fry it yeah oh my I'm so and cheese on it I'm so excited for this I do love cooking don't get me you probably think that cuz Lucy does all the cooking in the videos that I can't cook Lucy is better than me so she just does most of cooking and she enjoys it even admitted to it finally you're probably are I don't know I'm good at like some stuff but you your sck ditch a sec oh yeah we've also fing don't judge still the weekend so we're being a little less healthy we went to the shop on the way home picked up that Pi up there Lucy's favorite oh why do we do that why do we do that but Monday Friday guys we've been healthy we've done it for the last 2 weeks and it's going pretty well you know it's going quite well so on the weekends we are a little bit less strict with ourselves cuz you got have some fun on the weekends otherwise what is the weekend for what are you doing in the week if you're not having fun on the weekends is that in that why is sizzling cuz it's you you can't burn a pan you know oh she's done it again is there nothing she can't do look at wait let me show you properly this just looks incredible this beats any Toby Carver this is chicken with like tomato and videos of him and his kid and they are so so funny I'll show you one it's brand new Instagram page hi everyone look at the camera thank you hi everyone it's just us to we're just chilling in dressing
