My Girlfriend's Workout Motivation!

[Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] good morning guys welcome back to another juicy blog we started off today really really good we went for a workout we've just bought some delicious food for a nice breakfast it's meant to be an extra large of a card a Morrison's do you think that's extra not reducing that's pretty average size obviously is half another card that's not extra large my top tip guys when you do your ab a card I literally pinch like that and squeeze the avocado out oh yes and then otherwise your fannying around assumingly and also forget the bloody for when you're mashing it get a potato masher works a treat perfect I need to get some sausages on we're trying out some new sausages today and these girls some new sausages today and heck I have an out sausages for ages or something like that yeah so these are supposed to be leaner healthier so you put any things gluten okay a lot of fat recipe we're gonna try and I just like and look at the package in to be honest let's go come on these are looking pretty good guys got some scrambled egg wings go in there we don't usually cook together we're realizing this kitchen is quite small we keep bumping into each other stuffs going everywhere it's crazy maybe we should have just maybe just one of us should I cook this list I got a little coffee station now here guys we got the milk frother which we really really recommend actually I'm loving now obviously the Dolce Gusto machine so I do a little espresso in there then some hot frothy coffee I'm getting better you know I bought this jug to kind of practice [Music] breakfast was delicious guys I've just opened a package that I received yesterday it's a company I'm working with on Instagram so go and check I'm Instagram for the post they've sent me a really cool Bell but it's you like size it yourself so I've actually got a chop to the link if I need it and then like clamp down on it I'll show you so I've seems so weird chopping a belt with a knife I've worked out I need to chop it here and this is the sharpest knife we own it did say use scissors but I'm gonna give this a go with a knife oh yeah so good it's much easier look at that then you get such a straight line so that's the excess leather and that my friends is a nice clean belt logo that line and then they give you which one is it this one with these like spikes on it which you then put the belt in here I was at the right way I've got to do the right way around and then these spikes here put the belt in like that and then you have to actually be really strong to do this but these spikes then come down there you have to push that right down oh okay I just about did that and then it uses it doesn't have holes it uses this like track thing so you can get it really like specific to how tight you want it guys we're just gonna film a quick videos not for today's video astronomy oh so sorry we are I don't know when you're uploading it yet because it's a collaboration we're not sure when the other person some in their part but they both basically need to graph at the same time for obvious reasons and it's very exciting it may involve yoga yeah we've done a yoga video before we're not going to ruin it now cuz I want you to go and watch the video but yeah we've all changed into well I've changed sporty gear I've got my shorts on my gym shorts formerly oh it's still a bit like we just filmed the funniest video I'm aching all over I'm sweating my head a yeah my elbows nearly snapped off you will be able to see that very Grayson if not already you might have seen it already I'm not sure when it's going up we've got a few bits to do so guys where to post office to get a package that arrived from America company we're working with very very seen the base office yeah but you've never been to a post office shut up so that's very very exciting we might no we can't actually open it until we do the video so the open your sim do you think but then not on a video yeah you'll see it's very very very very cool and then we've got some emails and stuff to sort out some stuff to catch on so we're gonna head down to our favorite little coffee shop more badge of fluency at the same time but obviously and obviously get another coffee guys okay and some more food and snacks gonna come along with that come on combat don't we do eat [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Music] trying something new today security [Music] towers oh god there's so many things going on there it's very spicy not like not spicy at all it's very like fragrant [Music] you know when you get commissioner in your mouth and it makes the bit power there's something going on there I like that yeah I'll try that let's film your reaction okay like this isn't my thing at all life's like a nice flat white obviously bandit first warm as well yeah I was gonna be cold for solids not here okay your hair Sekulow [Music] sorry not being it tastes like water be curry sauce have a look at this that we found in weather where is this this is it Madeira just hop straight in the car but off to a friend's house for a take wait and I Alfie take away they've got li-ming's and we love like me so much oh yeah it's healthier it's a coconut curry we've ordered yes so like here I chicken and some sauce I think it's the sauce that's the problem it's fine I think it's good it's better but we just got back from a small back late she got to it in the car we love going to a coffee shops because we feel like we're much more productive and we got so much stuff done like reply to loads of emails did you have a few Instagram photos and a few other bits we've movement due for a little Walden way so it's like more productive we could have done out the flap but I find going somewhere where everyone else is kind of doing something and there's a bars there's energy there's being here I don't know it just makes me because you're there to do that job exactly and you don't leave until it's done but if you're on the safe that you're like odd to set my phone prevents girl for Instagram and it's a slow yeah so yeah that's very good often a very productive and it's nice now going out for a bit scenes and friends because it's an I think whole day sorry guys we switched the g7x it's better in low light which is not proving very well right now the peoples whose house are going to Drew and
