That's so good. We have a giant pot of sullungtang. Four of our meal today is going to be from this bone broth. I like the sound of that. You ever seen anything like that? Used in the back of the kitchen somewhere. Yeah, exactly, exactly. Hi guys, so this place specializes in beef broth. However, my favorite thing to have with it... Oh my god, that's so big. Oh my god. Wait, Josh, you call this my favorite side too? Yeah. I mean, it is a side essentially. It's bigger than me. My favorite is bigger than me. Oh my gosh. This is galbijjim. I got a ganjang based one and a maeunmat spicy one. Yeah, it comes with a bit of maeun tteokbokki. Let's go. Literally all my favorite stuff in one. Yes, yes, yes. It's very soft as well. Very tender, right? That is so, so, so, so good. Oh my gosh. Wow. We just lost for words. There's nothing to say. That's a phrase, lost for words. I absolutely love it. It's got like a slightly sweet flavor to it. But then it's also very savory in a weird way. It's got a soy sauce base with that danjang mix. My favorite word. Your favorite. Danjang, danjang. Oh, Josh, you've got good taste in food. Good taste in food. It's just Korean food, mate. We're getting fed today. I still can't believe how big this bone is. This is the ox bone broth. We get one each? We get one each. You think I'm gonna finish that? This is your main. Why do you know there's meat in there? There's meat? There's noodles in there? Okay, let's go. All of this, yeah, it's been stewed in this broth for over 12 hours. 12? Oh my days. So you get all these nutrients that come out in here. It is fantastic. Everyone can season their own broth differently. Bit of spring onion, salt as well, and then some pepper. I love pepper. Whoa, whoa, whoa. You love pepper too much, all right. Just wait, just a little bit. You want to give that a stir. Should we just have a little sip of this broth? Yes, please. It's hot, so be careful. It's delicious. Oh my god. Rich flavor, right? Loads of flavor. Yeah, the depth is crazy. I found so far there's a lot of emphasis on the broth or seasoning that the food's been cooked in. Korean cooking is all about really getting the most out of all the flavors and foods you use. Oh my days. This is so nice. You guys happy? I'm very happy. Yeah, get some of the meat, get some of the noodles. The meat is so tender. So I feel sorry for them that they're missing out on this, but also at the same time, I don't know, I don't feel sorry. I don't care. So Bobby, obviously, as you've told us, your first time traveling. Yeah. What was your expectations of traveling for the first time? My mom, she was telling me how she felt going on a flight. The best thing for her was takeoff and landing. So I was excited for that. And then Jaden has come up to me saying, oh, by the way, the first time I flied, I started shaking. I didn't say shaking. I had butterflies in my stomach. And after that, it was just a lovely flight. There's a fair play to the pilots who've done well because the landing was so smooth. I think the smoothest landing I've ever had. Really? That's cool. That's good. When we saw you lot at the airport, I was like, yeah, this is going to be good. Jaden, you've been crushing back the food every time. You haven't struggled with any of the spice or any of the different flavors at all? I'm used to eating spicy food. OK. So eating the spicy food, it's not really a challenge for me. OK. For me, this is like soul food, you know? I'm loving this kimchi as well. Sometimes I just put bits of this kimchi into the broth as well. I was actually going to do that. Are you doing it? You seem like all of you get along well. How far do you go back? So we've all known each other since you're seven. Oh, wow. Everyone on the trip? Yeah, we've all known each other. So we grew closer when we hit like year 10-ish. But then me and Jaden, we've known each other since we were four years old. No. Yeah. So serious. Yeah. We've known each other for 14 years, which is insane. Wow. And to think that we're doing this together here is just an amazing feeling. That's so cool. I'm so glad you guys are able to come. You literally are like brothers. But obviously now you're finished with school. What's next? Are you all going your separate ways? Yeah. For me, I'm going to do sports coaching at Bournemouth University. I'm going to be studying biochemistry at Cardiff University. That's the plan. Nice. I'm looking to be a software developer. Oh, wow. And web development. This is like one last hurrah of a trip all together. And then all go in your separate ways. I'm not even saying I'm going to miss these two. Genuinely, I am. I will because they're funny and they're nice guys. We'll find a way to meet up. We have to because with our year group, we're all very close. So we can't lose that. I was telling my teacher, he's come up to me and he's like, who's your friend group? And I said, Max Jacob, a massive star on this Korean Instagram channel, by the way. And he was in such shock that he was in my friend group because we're completely different people. We're just like so many different friend groups with so many different people from different backgrounds. The one good thing about year group is that we're all just so close with each other. Yeah. That is amazing. Like you can tell that on camera. So we never expect like in year seven for us to be friends with certain types of people. But then over the years, we've all just grown closer and closer. Honestly, I'm going to miss the school big time. I mean, it feels like we've known you guys forever. When we started filming a year ago. Me and Josh are best mates now. I'll take it, mate. I'll take it. A year ago was my first time trying Korean food. And since then, it's been a journey. Radish, kimchi. I never thought kimchi I would like. What I've realized coming here, especially that the Korean people are so, so nice. We can't speak Korean that great. So them helping us out and they do it with such like kindness. Literally everything has just taught me how to just embrace new cultures, which is what I really love and just really helped just open up my palate with all of this. I'm going to start cooking all of this at home too. Yeah, so I'll join you then, I'd say. I'm quite a fussy eater, but that's definitely changed now. It doesn't seem like you're that fussy. You know, I remember being your age. That was as well. That was the age that I was first introduced to Korean culture. You know, I'm excited to see you guys go off to uni and meet new friends and then introduce, you know, tteokbokki to those friends, you know? I feel like the world through you guys is becoming just a smaller place in a really good way. I get emotional. Hopefully in a couple years time we're back on the channel. I want to see you guys back.
