Chicken Cassoulet - French Chicken & Bean Casserole

This fabulous one pot authentic Italian ragù is rich, comforting and full of flavour, made with both pork and beef with red wine, tomatoes and a little nutmeg. Tossed through ribbons of pappardelle and finished with Parmesan, it’s a lovely recipe for gathering everyone around the table.
